  • Step 4: In-depth screening process

    We take care of the application process which includes an in-depth screening process that looks into the candidates credit score, credit history, payment capacity, previous landlord references, current employer references, rental board cases and criminal background check.

  • Step 5: Lease signing and rent collection

    Once the candidate is approved, we take care of preparing and signing the lease and building rules to ensure a smooth and clear transition. We also ensure that the first month of rent is paid at the lease signing.

  • Step 6: Key handoff

    We take care of handing over the keys to the tenant on their move-in date so they can move into their new home.
